With steep student debt, rising mortgage rates, and high home prices, it\u2019s no surprise California\u2019s homeownership rate has dipped to 54.3%. Young buyers are often waiting until their 30s or even 40s before they can make a move, with employment challenges and zoning restrictions adding to the delay. While much of the growth in homeownership is projected to happen after 2030, I know how important it is to support both new and seasoned clients through every stage of the journey.
