In Silicon Valley, features like alley-loaded homes, porches, and sidewalk-friendly layouts help keep that classic neighborhood feel, even as density increases. Many communities are also blending affordable and market-rate options within the same development, showing that higher density doesn\u2019t have to mean a one-size-fits-all approach.
